  1. GreenLifeStyle only undertakes to invoice orders once received and collected.
  2. Shipments, depending on transportation and customs, may experience delays outside of us. GreenLifeStyle is not responsible in these cases.
  3. All shipments must incorporate the recipient’s phone and address and the sender’s contact phone in case they are different.
  4. Domestic shipments will be shipped via GLS. The estimated delivery time is about 72 hours from the collection of the order in our establishment. Shipments to the city of Barcelona have an estimated delivery time of 2 working days with prior delivery contact.
  5. Shipments to European destinations will be made with land agency. The estimated delivery time is 6 working days with prior delivery contact.
  6. Any error in the address of the recipient provided is the responsibility of the customer and all costs arising will be borne by the customer.
  7. All our packages leave our establishment in perfect condition. If the recipient detects any problems receiving the package, we would appreciate it if you would report it to the transport agency at the time of receipt of the order.
  8. GreenLifeStyle is not responsible for packages returned by incorrect, incomplete addresses or changes of address. Neither is responsible for the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery or for packages not removed after the pickup notice.
